We desire to honor the Lord Jesus Christ in our life and ministry. Our prayer is that we might be vessels fit for the Master’s use. We see ourselves as servants, not masters, and will serve in whatever way we can to build the work of God in Ethiopia. We will adapt to the culture and love the Ethiopian people to the best of our ability.

Our goal is to establish a strong church in Addis Ababa that will serve as a base for the ministry throughout Ethiopia. This is the pattern set by the Apostle Paul. The church at Ephesus seems to have reached out into all of Asia. [Acts 19: 26] I believe this can be done by evangelism, Bible Study, and discipleship. It will also involve team effort. Paul speaks of this in I Corinthians 3: 6: “I have planted, Apollos watered; but God gave the increase.”
